Training Booking form

Please note booking conditions:

Please submit one booking form per course per person

Confirmation of booking 

• Once we receive your Booking Form, we will send you a confirmation email. To find our location, please follow this link.
• If places are no longer available, we will inform you accordingly.

Charges and refunds 

• Some of our training courses have a cost attached to them, please make yourself aware of this cost if applicable before booking
• Please make cheques payable to "Cornwall Council".
• Please note that invoices will be raised for attendance following the course date.  If you are with an organisation, please provide a Purchase Order number on your booking form.
• Course places will still be charged unless we are notified at least a week in advance.
• Please be aware that for some sessions there is a fee of £25 for cancellation within 7 days of the start of the course or non attendance. For ASIST there is also a £50 charge for anyone who fails to attend or gives less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. An invoice will be sent to you following the course date. (Please note this fee does not apply to 'Ready, Steady...Eat' sessions)
• If we have to cancel a course we will give you at least a weeks notice and refund any fees paid.
