The Daily Mile

The Daily Mile™ is simple and free. We want to get everyone in Cornwall fit for life by encouraging them to walk briskly for at least 15 minutes every day.
The Daily Mile can take place anywhere and is perfectly suited for building into a working day. You can take it on as a daily lunchtime stroll, walk and talk when making or receiving phone calls, or instead of meeting the same old office you could set up walking meetings with colleagues.
As a manager you can encourage a whole staff lunchtime walk, building physical activity, socialising and taking a break into the work day.
