Introduce a free flow cup rather than a bottle from about six months – it helps your baby learn to sip rather than suck and is better for their teeth!
- Avoid letting your baby suck from baby food pouches
- Dried fruit should only be given at meals
- Take your baby to the dentist when their first milk teeth appear (about 6 months
