Make information and resources easily accessible through a variety of different means:

  • Physical binder of local and national support information
  • Online showcase for example on desktop screens, intranet, email signatures etc
  • Put up posters
  • Leave leaflets and other resources in communal areas
  • Discuss topic and signposts in team meetings etc
  • Sign up and promote local and national health campaigns

Sign up for Healthy Workplace and Training and Healthy Cornwall email updates to keep up with helpful information, resources, campaigns and tools:

  • Forward this information to staff when relevant
  • Encourage individuals to sign up to mailing lists to receive information direct

Ensure Workplace Health Champions are aware of available and up to date resources, signposting links and resources:

  • Allow time for Health Champions to ‘research’ and keep up to date
  • Ensure all staff know who their Health Champion/s are and that they are easily accessible
  • Implement a Health Champion scheme if one is not already in place
