  • Healthy Cornwall can offer free NHS Health Checks to eligible individuals in your workforce
  • Follow up support is available to those who have had a health check via bookable appointments with the Healthy Cornwall team
  • Healthy Cornwall have access to a state-of-the-art self-service Wellbeing Kiosk. The kiosk moves around Cornwall to different locations including public spaces such as libraries or for in-house use within local businesses
  • Blood Pressure monitors can be borrowed by individuals from local libraries throughout Cornwall
