Ready, Steady, Eat - Happy Eaters: Navigating toddler meal times

Our free, fun and interactive ‘Ready, Steady, Eat – Happy Eaters’ sessions support parents with the next stage in your child's food journey, helping you to navigate toddler mealtimes.

Aimed at parents of children aged (or soon to be aged) 12-18 months, the session is completely FREE and consists of one session which runs for up to two hours.

In these sessions we’ll discuss a variety of health topics such as healthy nutrition and getting active, in a relaxed, informal and comfortable environment.

Some of the topics discussed include:
•    Toddler mealtimes from 12 months
•    Food fussiness and mealtime madness
•    Simple healthy and nutritional snacking information
•    Handy tips and more

The team will also showcase helpful resources that can be used post-pregnancy to support you with health and wellbeing in your families.

Sessions are delivered in person in a variety of towns throughout Cornwall, please see booking form below for further details on current locations and dates available.

(Alternatively, these sessions can be delivered online via a digital platform)

Children are completely welcome so please feel free to bring your little ones along too.

Please note: Please book per adult attending - If you would like to bring someone with you, be it partner, friend or loved one they will need to book a place.

The session works well as a follow-on from our Ready, Steady, Eat - Introduction to solid food sessions, which focuses on the initial steps of baby weaning.
