Our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
Having a healthy mind, and recognising what to do if you start to feel things piling up and feel yourself spiralling, can help you to avoid getting into a crisis.

But we don’t need to wait until we’re struggling with our mental health; there are lots of things we can do to protect ourselves and prevent problems escalating, just as we do with our physical health. Prevention is better than cure.
