Digital Badges

Digital Badges support people aged 16-25yrs that are not yet in/seeking employment to increase their skill set and improve employability.

Digital badges are a record of skills and achievements, often those highly valued by local employers but not formally recognised in formal education e.g. teamwork, self-confidence, people skills and leadership potential. As badges are earned, it’s easy to share them on platforms such as LinkedIn or upload them to a digital profile, CV or email signature.

Badges can be earned in a variety of ways, which could include taking part in workshops, networking events, volunteering or work experience.

Healthy Lifestyles Badges

Healthy Cornwall are providing the opportunity to achieve a series of Healthy Lifestyles Digital Badges by completing a variety of wellbeing-based training sessions - all completely free of charge to those elligible.

At the completion of each session you’ll be shown a QR code to scan. This will allow you to download your newly acquired digital badge. Once 5 badges are collected you'll receive a Healthy Lifestyles Milestone Badge, showcasing to potential employers you have built knowledge and skills to support the physical and mental wellbeing of yourself and those around you.

Getting Started

To achieve your first badge and take your first steps towards achieving further Healthy Lifestyle Digital Badges, you must take part in an initial Health Assessment appointment with our team. At this 1-hour appointment you'll have your health checked over, access the NHS App and be given an overview of our website.

Our helpful team member will then discuss the available courses and workshops that you can attend to achieve further badges and unlock your Healthy Lifestyles Milestone Badge. Following this they can book you onto whichever sessions you decide to attend, and ensure that no payment information is taken.

Complete the form at the bottom of this page and a member of the Healthy Cornwall team will be in touch soon to arrange dates for your Health Assessment appointment.

Once you have completed your Health Assessment appointment, a new badge will be awarded for attending each of the following:
