There are many ways in which food can influence how we feel, just like how we feel can have an influence on what foods we choose to eat. This 2 hour workshop aims to increase knowledge and understanding of how food impacts our mood, and how we can improve our own mood and energy levels.

- Explore how our diet can affect our mood
- Reflect how our mood impacts our food/drink choices
- Consider any changes to improve mood and energy levels.
