These include free Ready, Steady, Eat sessions, which gently guide you as you begin your baby’s food journey and introduce solid foods. The sessions also cover healthy nutrition, physical activity, and overall health and wellbeing for both you and your baby after pregnancy. ‘Happy Eaters’ sessions then focus on the next stage of your baby’s food journey and supporting you to navigate toddler mealtimes and fussy eaters.
