Referral criteria

To be eligible for this offer you must:

Be aged 18 or over
Currently have a BMI of 30 or above (you can check using a BMI calculator)

Exclusion criteria

To be eligible for this offer you must NOT:

Have been an active Slimming World member within the last 3 months
Currently be pregnant or up to 12 weeks postpartum
