Mental Health Awareness
A 3 hour introductory workshop to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. The workshop looks at some signs and symptoms to look out for as well as some ideas for reducing stress.

This 2 hour bite size course, developed for inclusion within busy workplaces, explores the concept of stress and looks at tools that can be used to manage it successfully.

Within this 2 hour session we'll explore how mindfulness, meditation and good sleep hygiene can positively support our mental health and wellbeing.
A 2 hour workshop designed to give a deeper understanding of:
- What we mean by Menopause
- Signs and Symptoms and how they may affect our mental health
- How workplaces can support staff experiencing Menopausal symptoms
An introductory course aimed at increasing awareness of conditions falling under the dementia umbrella.
