We offer our FRESH course to support adults with learning disabilities and autistic people in care settings, education environments, and community groups to develop healthy, safe, and confident relationships. This includes service users, residents, students (aged 16+), and staff of these service providers.
FRESH stands for:

Empowerment
Sexual
Health
The course covers key topics such as understanding consent, building safe and respectful relationships, practising safer sex, and staying safe online.
